What You Will Do
- Marketing: Assist in ideating, drafting, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, social media content, and email newsletters using AI copywriting and design tools.
- Operations: Help streamline internal processes, document standard operating procedures (SOPs), and organize workflows using modern productivity and automation software.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and data gathering, leveraging AI to synthesize insights quickly.
- Continuous Experimentation: Test new AI tools and workflows to see how we can drive efficiency across marketing and operations.
What We Are Looking For
- AI Power User: You already use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Perplexity, Notion AI, Zapier, etc.) extensively in your daily routine, studies, or side projects.
- Fast Learner: Eager and willing to pick up new skills, tools, and business strategies rapidly.
- Strong Communicator: Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-Starter: Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal oversight.
- Availability: Open to part-time or full-time.
