What You'll Do
You'll work across both traditional SEO and the emerging world of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Technical SEO audits and implementation recommendations
- On-page optimization and content optimization
- Schema implementation and structured data
- Off-page SEO and authority building strategies
- AI Search Optimization (GEO) experimentation
- Analyze AI search visibility across ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Overviews, Perplexity and other LLMs and executing strategies
- Design and execute SEO/GEO experiments
- Build repeatable workflows using AI tools
- Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work
- Work closely with product and engineering teams
- Document learnings and convert experiments into scalable processes
What We're Looking ForTechnical Skills
You should already have experience with:
- Technical SEO
- Crawling and indexing issues
- Core Web Vitals
- Structured Data / Schema
- On-page SEO
- Off-page SEO and link building
- Keyword research
- SEO tools (Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4, etc.)
- Basic HTML and ability to inspect websites
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Played around with AI automation and tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret SEO data, identify trends, diagnose ranking or traffic changes, and convert insights into actionable recommendations
1-3 years of experience in SEO is highly preferred, but we care about high agency and AI first mindset
