Role: AI-First Art Director
Division: Mad Creative Studio / Mad EnAible (Madverse Ecosystem)
Location: Lado Sarai, Saket – New Delhi
Role Overview
The AI-First Art Director will lead the next generation of visual communication at Madverse by combining:
• strong design thinking
• creative direction
• AI-native workflows
• internet-first visual culture
This is not a traditional art director role.
We are looking for someone who understands that the future of design is no longer:
“design software first”
but:
systems + prompting + AI-assisted creative direction + rapid execution
You will operate at the intersection of:
Design × AI × Internet Culture × Brand Storytelling
Core Responsibility
To build and lead AI-powered creative execution systems that help Madverse create:
• faster
• stronger
• culturally sharper
• visually superior creative work at scale.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI-First Creative Direction
- Lead visual direction across:
- campaigns
- social media
- brand communication
- pitch decks
- creator content
- Translate ideas into strong visual systems using both:
- traditional design thinking
- AI-assisted workflows
2. AI Design Workflow Leadership
- Build and optimize workflows using tools such as:
- ChatGPT
- Nano Banana
- Midjourney
- Runway
- Kling
- Adobe Firefly
- Flux
- Ideogram
- Figma AI tools
- Identify how AI can:
- reduce production time
- improve ideation
- increase output quality
- accelerate iterations
3. Prompt Engineering for Creative Output
- Develop advanced prompting systems for:
- image generation
- moodboards
- layouts
- campaign worlds
- visual storytelling
- Create reusable prompt frameworks for internal teams.
4. Design Leadership
- Guide and mentor:
- designers
- creative executives
- AI operators
- Maintain consistency in visual quality across teams and accounts.
5. Internet & Culture-First Visual Thinking
- Understand:
- meme culture
- Gen Z visual language
- creator-first aesthetics
- luxury minimalism
- high-retention social visuals
- Ensure all creative feels:
- platform-native
- culturally aware
- contemporary
6. Rapid Creative Prototyping
- Create fast visual prototypes for:
- pitches
- campaign ideas
- social concepts
- creator collaborations
- Reduce turnaround time drastically through AI-assisted systems.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- copywriters
- strategists
- social teams
- production teams
- founder’s office
- Ensure creative ideas translate effectively into execution.

Skills & Experience Required
3–6 years experience in:
- art direction
- visual communication
- digital design
- social-first creative
- Strong portfolio across:
- campaigns
- social media
- branding
- motion / visual storytelling
- Deep understanding of:
- AI creative tools
- prompting systems
- internet-native aesthetics
Must Have Understanding Of
- ChatGPT for creative workflows
- Nano Banana workflows
- Midjourney / image generation
- AI-assisted ideation systems
- Figma / Adobe Suite
- Social-first visual communication
