Terra's next breakthrough platform is PlotPix, an AI native microdrama platform that turns ideas into bingeable, vertical episodic animated stories with studio grade quality. Alongside the platform, we create in house flagship titles to set the creative and craft benchmark, proving what "great" looks like in pacing, emotion, edits, and retention. Our mission is to make production dramatically faster and cheaper without losing consistency or storytelling punch, and to become both a creation suite and a distribution network for new IP.
About the Role:
We are not hiring prompt engineers.
We are hiring AI Filmmakers — creators who can take shots & frames, and turn them into a beautifully executed, cinematic first-cut episode You are the bridge between static frames and premium storytelling. If you don’t understand motion, pacing, and editorial rhythm at a deep level, this role isn’t for you.
Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality cinematic video from locked first and last frames.
- Control motion with intent — no floaty AI drift, no random head sway, no lazy camera movement.
- Maintain absolute continuity across shots (character proportions, lighting logic, spatial awareness).
- Solve problems instead of re-rolling generations.
- Assemble the full episode into a sharp, emotionally paced first cut.
- Deliver something that feels expensive — not experimental.
This is execution-heavy. Taste matters. Speed matters. Precision matters.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong eye for cinematic framing and lighting.
- Deep instinct for movement realism and body mechanics.
- Editorial intelligence — you know when to cut and when to hold.
- Comfortable working across tools (Veo, Runway, Premiere, Resolve, etc.).
- Able to self-direct and operate without hand-holding.
You think like a director. You execute like an editor. You troubleshoot like a technical artist.
Massive Plus
- Experience creating short-form vertical content — short films, microdrama, or high-retention social episodes.
- If you understand hooks, pacing for mobile, and attention economics, you’re already ahead.
