As an AI Executive, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with businesses in Kolkata, helping them harness the power of artificial intelligence to streamline operations and enhance productivity. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or final-year students eager to make a tangible impact in the world of AI implementation. You will gain hands-on experience by working directly with business owners and teams, identifying and resolving real-world challenges through practical AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit client sites across Kolkata to understand their business operations
- Observe and analyze daily activities in various departments
- Identify tasks that can benefit from AI enhancements
- Design and implement AI workflows using no-code tools
- Collaborate effectively with business owners and team members
- Provide training to client teams on AI tools
- Continuously test, refine, and document AI workflows
- Maintain an on-site presence with clients for 3 to 6 months
- Share updates, reports, and lessons learned with the Degree2Destiny team
Qualifications:
- Fresher or final-year student from any discipline
- Enthusiastic about AI and operational improvement
- Comfortable with traveling to various client sites across Kolkata
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, even in a casual capacity
- Strong communication skills
- Inquisitive mindset
- Patience and dedication to work alongside teams
- Proficiency in basic productivity tools
- Eagerness to learn quickly
- No prior coding or software development experience required
- Previous experience with college projects, internships, family businesses, events, operations, sales, or social media is a plus
- Passion for problem-solving
- Ability to explain technological concepts in simple terms
- Drive and excitement for becoming an AI implementation professional
Requirements:
- Familiarity with no-code tools and AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini)
- Basic understanding of productivity software (Google Sheets, Docs, Forms, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Patience and perseverance in working through challenges
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn from both successes and failures
