Role Description
The AI Engineering Lead will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and overseeing advanced AI models and systems to support key business goals. Responsibilities include leading a team of engineers, devising AI strategies, designing scalable machine learning pipelines, and ensuring seamless integration of AI technologies across company platforms. Additional tasks involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify use cases, optimizing algorithms, and ensuring robust system performance. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
- Experience in software engineering, algorithm development, and system design.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Hands-on knowledge of data analysis, data visualization, and statistical modeling tools.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and AI tools like AWS, Google Cloud, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Effective team leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and managing engineering teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle complex technical challenges.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the financial services or fintech industry is advantageous.
