Requirements
- 6+ years in engineering with strong experience in AI/ML systems in production
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, and recommendation systems
- Strong backend and system design fundamentals
- Experience building scalable, high-performance systems
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure and AI tooling ecosystems
- Ability to work across product, engineering, and business teams
- Prior experience in EdTech, marketplace, or SaaS is preferred
- Strong ownership mindset and execution focus
Responsibilities
- Architect and build scalable AI infrastructure and systems
- Lead development of AI-first products across the platform
- Build and deploy LLM-powered applications, agents, and recommendation engines
- Drive technical decisions and system architecture
- Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team
- Collaborate with product and business teams to deliver impactful solutions
- Improve efficiency across student counseling and university workflows
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI systems
