Job Title: AI Engineering and AI Security SME

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced AI Engineering & AI Security Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead secure AI solution development, AI platform governance, and enterprise AI security initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in AI/ML engineering, Generative AI, LLM security, AI governance, cloud security, and secure AI deployment frameworks.
This role will work closely with Engineering, Security, Data Science, Cloud, and Governance teams to ensure AI platforms and applications are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise security standards.
Key Responsibilities
AI Engineering
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
- Build and optimize AI pipelines, LLM integrations, RAG frameworks, and AI workflows
- Work with AI platforms including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, Hugging Face, etc.
- Develop scalable AI architectures and MLOps workflows
- Implement AI observability, monitoring, and model performance tracking
AI Security & Governance
- Define and implement AI security frameworks, policies, and governance controls
- Assess risks related to LLMs, GenAI, prompt injection, data leakage, model poisoning, and adversarial attacks
- Ensure secure AI model deployment and API protection
- Implement RBAC, encryption, access control, audit logging, and compliance standards
- Perform AI threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and security reviews
Cloud & Platform Security
- Secure AI workloads across Azure, AWS, and GCP environments
- Work with Kubernetes, Docker, APIs, and cloud-native security controls
- Implement DevSecOps and secure CI/CD pipelines for AI applications
- Support monitoring, logging, incident response, and compliance frameworks
Collaboration & Advisory
- Partner with AI Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, and Governance teams
- Provide guidance on secure AI adoption and responsible AI practices
- Support enterprise AI architecture reviews and compliance audits
- Mentor teams on AI security best practices and governance standards
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory Skills
- 7+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Cyber Security, or AI Security
- Strong experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, and LLM ecosystems
- Expertise in AI security, AI governance, and secure AI deployment
- Hands-on experience with Python and AI frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Strong understanding of:
- RAG
- LLM Security
- Prompt Injection
- Data Leakage Prevention
- API Security
- RBAC & IAM
- DevSecOps
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines
Preferred Skills
- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex AI
- Knowledge of SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR, HIPAA, or AI compliance frameworks
- Exposure to MLOps and AI observability platforms
- Experience in enterprise AI governance programs
