🚀 AI Engineer (2+ Years of Experience)
As an AI Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems that power personalization, conversational experiences, and intelligent content generation at scale.
You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to build AI-first products used by millions of users. This role requires strong expertise in LLMs, machine learning systems, and AI infrastructure, with a focus on shipping reliable AI products into production.
🧩 What You'll Do
Build and deploy production-grade LLM applications, conversational AI systems, and content engines
Design context management, memory architectures, and AI orchestration layers
Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, embedding strategies, and retrieval systems
Implement guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and hallucination mitigation techniques
Build personalization and recommendation systems using behavioral and engagement data
Design scalable AI microservices and backend services using FastAPI and modern cloud infrastructure
Integrate external AI services including LLMs, image generation, speech-to-text, and text-to-speech systems
Work with vector databases, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and large-scale data pipelines
Build monitoring, observability, and automated evaluation systems for AI applications
Optimize AI systems for latency, cost efficiency, scalability, and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI-driven user experiences
Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and AI system design discussions
✅ You're a Great Fit If You
Have 2+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, or Applied AI roles
Are highly proficient in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn
Have hands-on experience building and deploying LLM and Generative AI applications
Have worked with RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and vector databases
Understand MLOps best practices, model deployment, monitoring, and experimentation workflows
Have experience with Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, or Weights & Biases
Are comfortable building APIs and scalable backend systems
Have strong fundamentals in NLP, machine learning, and deep learning
Communicate effectively across engineering, product, and business teams
Enjoy solving complex AI challenges in a fast-paced startup environment
