Role: Senior AI Engineer (Contractor)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer contractor to support ongoing AI/ML initiatives within the ADL program. The role requires strong hands-on experience in building, deploying, and supporting AI/ML solutions in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML Agents/solution for real-world business use cases
• Work closely with AI Engrs,data scientists and platform teams to operationalize models
• Build and maintain? AI pipelines and model inference workflows
• Perform LLM/LRM/VLM model evaluation, tuning, and performance monitoring
• Contribute to documentation, best practices, and code reviews
• Support ongoing initiatives such as data , model experimentation, and integration with enterprise platforms
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 3?4 years of strong hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering roles
• Proficiency in Python and common ML libraries (e.g., Langchain,LangGrpah,LamaIndex
• Experience deploying models into production environments
• Good understanding of data? and ML pipelines
• Experience working with cloud platforms and ML services (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  
  

Good to Have

• Experience with MLOps practices (CI/CD, model monitoring, versioning)
• Exposure to NLP, synthetic data
• Experience working in enterprise-scale data platforms
