About the Role
We’re looking for an AI Engineer to build and deploy intelligent systems powered by modern LLMs. You’ll work on cutting-edge use cases involving agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, and AI-driven automation, helping integrate AI into real-world production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered applications using modern LLM frameworks
- Implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines for knowledge-driven systems
- Build and manage agent orchestration workflows for complex automation
- Fine-tune and optimize LLMs using techniques such as LoRA
- Develop scalable APIs and backend services using Python (Flask/FastAPI)
- Containerize and deploy applications using Docker
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into production systems
- Continuously explore and evaluate new advancements in the AI ecosystem
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with backend frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI
- Hands-on experience with:
- RAG implementations
- Agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar)
- MLOps practices (model deployment, monitoring, versioning)
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning and LoRA techniques
- Familiarity with vector databases and embeddings
- Experience using Docker for containerization
- Strong problem-solving skills with a research-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of core machine learning algorithms
- Experience building and deploying end-to-end AI applications
- Experience maintaining production AI pipelines
- Knowledge of GraphDBs or knowledge graphs
- Exposure to automation systems and intelligent agents
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Experience with scalable system design and deployment
