Role Description As an AI Engineer Intern at SARGVISION INTELLIGENCE, you will support the design, development, and testing of agentic AI components that power products like SahayakAI and other applied AI solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, where you will collaborate with engineers and researchers to prototype models, build data pipelines, and integrate AI capabilities into production-grade systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include implementing and evaluating neural network architectures, experimenting with NLP techniques for vernacular and voice-first interfaces, and contributing to pattern recognition algorithms that operate efficiently on resource-constrained devices. You will help write clean, maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and document your work for internal and external stakeholders. The internship offers exposure to real-world AI deployments across education, enterprise workflows, and policy advisory contexts.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and version control.
- Candidates should possess skills in Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, with an understanding of model training, evaluation, and optimization.
- Candidates should possess skills in Natural Language Processing (NLP), especially for multilingual or vernacular applications.
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and a willingness to work on frugal, resource-efficient AI solutions.
- Familiarity with Python and common AI/ML frameworks (such as PyTorch or TensorFlow) is highly beneficial.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in India-focused technology, public infrastructure, and the Global South AI ecosystem is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Bengaluru, communicate clearly, and adapt to a fast-moving deep-tech
