Inventic.ai is a fast-paced fintech startup dedicated to revolutionizing the banking sector through cutting-edge Agentic AI and decision systems. We are looking for high-energy, ambitious individuals to join our mission-driven team.
Role OverviewAs an AI Intern, you will work closely with our engineering leadership to build, test, and refine AI-driven models. This is not a "shadowing" role, you will be expected to contribute to production-level discussions and development.
Note: We are looking for immediate joiners who are ready to dive into the deep end of AI development.
Key Responsibilities- Model Development: Assist in designing and implementing LLM-based agents and workflows.
- Data Engineering: Clean, preprocess, and structure financial datasets for model training and fine-tuning.
- Prototyping: Build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for new AI features, focusing on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Evaluation: Conduct rigorous testing and benchmarking of AI outputs to ensure accuracy and reliability in a fintech context.
- Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and contribute to the technical documentation of AI pipelines.
Requirements- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- AI Foundations: Strong understanding of NLP, Transformer architectures, and prompt engineering.
- Tools: Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks for building agentic workflows.
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Mindset: A "builder" mentality, you prefer shipping code over theoretical discussions.
Preferred Qualifications- Contribution to open-source AI projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
- Understanding of financial services or fintech logic.
