About The Role
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Software Engineer to join our team as we develop and deploy autonomous systems that revolutionize operational workflows. In this role, you will work directly with the founders and senior technical team to design, build, and refine production-grade agentic systems. Your primary responsibilities will include developing end-to-end features across the full technology stack, creating reliable workflows for AI agents, and engineering the safety and observability mechanisms necessary for trustworthy autonomy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about building impactful AI solutions, with a strong foundation in systems engineering and a keen eye for detail in safety-critical environments.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in software engineering, with proven experience in full-stack development and systems thinking. You should be comfortable working with modern tech stacks such as React or Next.js for frontend, Python or Node.js for backend, and SQL/PostgreSQL for databases. Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and AI agents, including structured outputs, tool calling, and evaluation, is highly desirable. Strong ownership mindset and the ability to translate ambiguity into actionable plans are essential. Excellent communication skills are required to articulate technical decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Candidates with experience in workflow automation, distributed systems, or event-driven architectures will have an added advantage. Familiarity with finance operations or compliance concepts, while not mandatory, will be considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy features across the full technology stack, including frontend, backend, and data components, taking end-to-end ownership of development tasks.
- Design and implement reliable agent workflows, including tool use, state management, retries, and failure handling to ensure robust autonomous operations.
- Create comprehensive observability mechanisms such as logs, traces, audit trails, and evaluation harnesses to monitor system performance and safety.
- Develop integrations and automation pipelines utilizing APIs, webhooks, queues, and other middleware to facilitate seamless data flow and operational automation.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and ensuring ease of future enhancements.
- Regularly demonstrate progress through demos, gather feedback, and iterate quickly to improve system capabilities and reliability.
