At Dr. Morepen Home, we are building intelligent healthcare systems that power doctor-at-home services, clinical workflows, patient journeys, and automation at scale. We’re looking for an AI Engineer (Backend) who can architect and deploy AI-driven backend systems that directly impact real patient care.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain scalable backend systems for AI-powered healthcare products
- Develop and integrate ML/LLM models into production (chatbots, triage, recommendation engines, automation)
- Design APIs and microservices for patient, doctor, and operations workflows
- Work on data pipelines for healthcare data (structured & unstructured)
- Optimize latency, reliability, security, and scalability of AI services
- Collaborate with product, frontend, and clinical teams
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years experience in backend engineering and applied AI/ML
- Strong proficiency in Python (preferred) / Node.js / similar backend language
- Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or HuggingFace)
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or AI agents
- Solid understanding of system design, APIs, and databases
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, gaming domains
- Exposure to MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring
- Experience building chatbots, workflow automation, or decision-support systems
