Role Description
Teople Technologies is hiring AI Engineers to join our growing AI practice.
This is a full-time, Work From Office opportunity based in Viman Nagar, Pune.
You will work on designing, building, and deploying modern AI applications using the latest Generative AI technologies while collaborating with experienced software engineers and product teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Build AI Agents and intelligent workflow automation solutions
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
- Integrate AI models with enterprise applications and backend APIs
- Build scalable REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask
- Develop prompt engineering strategies and evaluate model performance
- Work with vector databases for semantic search and knowledge retrieval
- Deploy AI applications using Docker and cloud platforms
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions
- Research and evaluate emerging AI models, frameworks, and tools
Required SkillsProgramming
- Strong Python programming skills
- Good understanding of software engineering principles and object-oriented programming
- Experience with REST APIs
Generative AI
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Experience building Generative AI applications
- Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering
- Experience with AI Agents and tool/function calling
- Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) is a plus
AI Frameworks
Experience with one or more of the following:
- LangChain
- LangGraph
- LlamaIndex
- CrewAI

- Semantic Kernel
RAG & Vector Search
Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications using vector databases such as:

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI development.
