Role: AI / ML Engineer
Experience: 3 – 5 Years
Location: Mumbai (5 Days Work from Office)
About the Role:
We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to support the end-to-end development and deployment of Next-Gen AI and Generative AI solutions. You will work closely with senior engineers to build scalable AI components, automate experimentation workflows, and optimize model performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and deployment of AI/GenAI features, including prompt engineering, model integration, RAG pipelines, and evaluation workflows.
- Support machine learning (ML) model development, training, and fine-tuning.
- Collaborate closely with senior engineers to build scalable, production-grade AI components.
- Automate ML experimentation, evaluation, and pipeline deployment.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI architectures.
- Strong proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and modern GenAI ecosystems (LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases).
- Proven experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and evaluation metrics.
- Solid understanding of MLOps, model integration, and cloud environments.
- Ability to thrive in an on-site, collaborative team culture (5 days in office).
