Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions using Python and OpenAI APIs
- Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies for production use cases
- Implement embedding-based search and retrieval systems using vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone)
- Build and fine-tune models for predictive RCM and healthcare analytics use cases
- Develop LangChain/LangGraph-based workflows for multi-step AI orchestration
- Build and expose REST APIs for model inference and AI services
- Integrate AI solutions with Azure AI Services and Databricks for scalable deployment
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python development
- Strong experience with OpenAI API integration and prompt engineering
- Working knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone)
- Experience in model training and fine-tuning
- Practical experience with LangChain/LangGraph and LLM-based pipelines
- Strong understanding of RESTful API development
- Experience with Azure AI Services and Databricks is a strong plus
- Prior exposure to RCM / healthcare analytics is highly desirable
