Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly motivated AI Engineer (0–2 years experience) who is passionate about building intelligent systems and solving real-world problems using AI. You will work closely with our core engineering team to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions across various domains.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn fast, build impactful solutions, and grow in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications
- Work on Generative AI solutions, including LLM-based applications
- Build and optimize data pipelines, model training workflows, and inference systems
- Design and integrate AI APIs and microservices into software platforms
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver AI features
- Experiment with agent-based systems and automation workflows
- Perform model evaluation, tuning, and performance optimization
- Stay updated with emerging trends in AI (LLMs, multimodal AI, autonomous agents)
- Document technical implementations and maintain code quality standards
Required Skills- Strong programming skills in Python
- Basic understanding of:
- Machine Learning & Deep Learning concepts
- Data Structures & Algorithms
- Familiarity with libraries/frameworks:
- TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn
- Pandas, NumPy
- Understanding of:
- NLP fundamentals
- Model training and evaluation techniques
- Knowledge of REST APIs and backend integration
Preferred / Good to Have- Exposure to Generative AI & LLMs
- Hands-on experience with:
- OpenAI APIs / Hugging Face
- LangChain or similar frameworks
- Understanding of Agentic AI / Multi-Agent Systems
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Familiarity with MLOps concepts (deployment, monitoring)
- Internship or academic project experience in AI/ML
