About the Role
We are looking for an AI Engineer with strong expertise in building agentic AI workflows and LLM-based systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, and deploying scalable AI solutions in production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop agentic workflows using modern AI frameworks
- Build and manage LLM evaluation, tracing, and prompt operations pipelines
- Lead Model Context Protocol (MCP) based system integrations
- Deploy and scale AI/ML models with enterprise-grade reliability
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver high-impact AI solutions
Required Skills
- Strong experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
- Hands-on experience with LLM evaluation tools (Langsmith, Arize, DeepEval)
- Expertise in prompt engineering and prompt operations
- Strong programming skills in Python and AI/ML libraries
- Experience with full-stack development (MERN stack)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices
- Strong understanding of deploying AI systems in production environments
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
- Self-motivated and proactive approach
- Strong ownership and accountability
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Willingness to learn new technologies and business processes
- Experience with tools like Trello, GitLab, and Zoom
