Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an AI Engineer at our Bengaluru location, with the option for some remote work flexibility. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI and machine learning models, implementing solutions leveraging advanced techniques like neural networks and natural language processing, and contributing to software development projects. The AI Engineer will also work on identifying patterns in large data sets to enhance business insights and assist in optimizing various AI-driven systems and applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions will be a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science principles, including understanding algorithm design and software development.
- Experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, with proficiency in training and optimizing machine learning models.
- Practical knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) frameworks, tools, and methodologies for text and language-based solutions.
- Proficiency in implementing and testing data-driven solutions with a focus on accuracy, scalability, and performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Educational background in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and tools in AI development.
- Knowledge of the latest advancements in AI/ML and their practical applications in solving business challenges.
