Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI Engineer based at our Bengaluru office. The AI Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing AI models and algorithms, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions. Day-to-day tasks include designing machine learning solutions, performing data preprocessing, developing AI-powered tools, and troubleshooting issues during implementation. Additionally, the role involves evaluating and improving the performance of AI models to meet both company and client objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in core AI and machine learning skills, including deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), supervised and unsupervised learning, and statistical modeling.
- Strong programming expertise in languages such as Python, R, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, and experience with data preprocessing techniques.
- Knowledge of AI system architecture design, including deploying and scaling AI/ML models in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize workflows and troubleshoot AI algorithms effectively.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and software development best practices.
- Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a relevant technical field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience with AI ethics, bias mitigation, and explainable AI concepts is a plus.
