What You'll Do
Junior AI Developer — 1 year experience
- Build & maintain Chat AI features — prompt engineering, context management, response optimization
- Develop Data Agent workflows for structured & unstructured data
- Support agentic automation pipelines with LLM orchestration
- Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.)
- Write clean Python for AI workflows & backend services
- Implement structured output parsing — Pydantic, Instructor, JSON mode
- Test, debug, and evaluate model outputs for quality
- Stay current on LLMs, agents, and automation tooling
Mid-Level AI Developer — 3–5 years experience
- Design & own core components across Chat AI, Data Agents & LLM products
- Build multi-agent systems using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI
- Architect RAG pipelines, vector search, and agentic memory layers
- Design prompt evaluation & regression testing (RAGAS, DeepEval)
- Implement guardrails, safety layers & output validation in production
- Optimize LLM costs — token efficiency, caching, model routing
- Build human-in-the-loop (HITL) systems for AI oversight
- Mentor juniors and lead technical discussions & code reviews
What We're Looking For
Junior Applicants
- Bachelor's in CS, AI, Data Science or equivalent experience
- 1 year hands-on with AI/ML or LLM-based systems
- Familiarity with LLM APIs & prompt engineering
- Proficiency in Python; LangChain or OpenAI SDK experience
- Basic structured output parsing — Pydantic, Instructor, JSON mode
- Git, version control & basic CI/CD practices
- Bonus: personal/academic AI or chatbot projects
Mid-Level Applicants
- 3–5 years building & deploying LLM-based systems in production
- Deep experience in LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI
- Proven agentic systems — tool use, multi-step reasoning
- RAG architectures, vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, pgvector)
- LLM evaluation frameworks — RAGAS, DeepEval, or custom pipelines
- AI observability tools — LangSmith, Helicone, or W&B
- Guardrails, safety layers & production output validation
- Cloud platforms & containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
Nice to Have — All Levels
- Conversational AI or chatbot product experience
- Multi-modal AI — text, images, audio, documents
- Workflow automation tools — n8n, Zapier, Make
- Streaming responses, websockets, real-time AI
- Open-source AI project contributions
- AI research paper reader who translates into practice
