Job Summary
We are seeking a talented AI Innovation Specialist to join our Innovation Program. In this high-impact role, you will research, prototype, and build cutting-edge AI solutions—including Generative AI, Computer Vision, and multi-agent workflows—to automate complex engineering document processing and solve real-world industrial challenges.
Key Responsibilities
• AI Research & Experimentation: Design and execute AI/ML experiments using GenAI, LLMs, Vision
models, and Agentic frameworks to assess feasibility and demonstrate business value.
• Document Intelligence & Vision: Build AI pipelines and Vision-Language Models (VLMs) to extract structured data and analyze technical engineering documents, P&IDs, and drawings.
• GenAI & RAG Applications: Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, prompt engineering, and guardrails for domain-specific technical Q&A and document summarization.
• Agentic AI & Automation: Architect multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangGraph or AutoGen to automate multi-step engineering workflows.
• Cloud & Platform Engineering: Build, version, and manage scalable, secure AI models using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, and MLflow.
• Prototyping & Collaboration: Rapidly create end-to-end Proofs of Concept (POCs) and communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
