Your Job
Koch Capabilities India is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents and GenAI solutions that transform industrial operations, supply chain performance, manufacturing processes, maintenance workflows, and enterprise back‑office functions.
In this role, you will contribute to building scalable, production‑grade agentic AI systems on AWS—including AWS Bedrock—while ensuring operational reliability, measurable business impact, and adherence to enterprise AI governance and security standards.
Our Team
You will work at the intersection of Data Science, AI Engineering, Cloud Platforms, and Enterprise Enablement, partnering closely with business users, SMEs, and cross‑functional engineering teams.
The Molex Enterprise AI Team develops framework‑agnostic, cloud‑native agent architectures that support reasoning, planning, tool use, memory, and automation of complex end‑to‑end enterprise processes. We value learning, collaboration, and hands‑on problem‑solving as we design and operationalize AI solutions.
What You Will Do
- Support design and implementation of autonomous AI agents using LLMs, planning logic, and decision‑making techniques.
- Contribute to architecting multi‑agent systems that enable autonomy, interaction, and orchestration of enterprise tasks.
- Integrate agents with enterprise systems, APIs, copilots, chatbots, and automation pipelines.
- Assist in deploying and optimizing Foundation Models on AWS Bedrock, including work with Bedrock AgentCore.
- Build or support RAG architectures leveraging Amazon OpenSearch or Amazon Kendra.
- Collaborate across teams to iteratively enhance agent capabilities, performance, and production readiness.
- Support optimization of agent behavior through feedback loops, RL concepts, and user interaction signals.
- Monitor agent performance and help implement observability, governance, and safety controls.
- Maintain clear documentation of architecture, design decisions, and agent logic.
- Write production‑quality Python code and SQL queries to support data pipelines, experimentation, and metrics.
- Troubleshoot issues, propose solutions, and iterate quickly in an applied, outcome‑driven environment.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 5–7 years of experience in AI, ML, Data Science, or advanced Data Engineering, including GenAI or agentic AI projects.
- Minimum 1 year of experience deploying agentic AI use cases at scale; domain experience in supply chain or manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Python, including API development (FastAPI/Flask).
- Solid SQL capability and experience working with SQL‑based datastores.
- Experience with the full data science lifecycle: ingestion, cleaning, feature engineering, modeling, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Hands‑on experience deploying and optimizing Foundation Models on AWS Bedrock, including AgentCore familiarity.
- Experience building RAG systems using Amazon OpenSearch or Amazon Kendra.
- Understanding of agentic AI fundamentals: reasoning, planning, memory, tool usage, and multi‑agent coordination.
- Strong analytical, communication, and team‑collaboration skills.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or MCP.
- Prior experience deploying autonomous agents via AWS‑native services (Lambda, ECS/EKS, Step Functions).
- Knowledge of Amazon OpenSearch, Aurora, or DynamoDB for agent state or knowledge management.
- Experience with advanced prompt engineering, fine‑tuning, or evaluation frameworks.
- Understanding of reinforcement learning, planning algorithms, or multi‑agent systems.
- Background in supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial operations.
- Familiarity with ethical AI, enterprise security, and governance frameworks.
- AWS certifications or experience working in large‑scale cloud environments.
