Role Overview
We are hiring an AI Engineer to help our customers design and implement AI use cases across their internal operations. This role focuses on building and deploying AI solutions inside client environments.
You will work directly with recruiting leaders, operations teams, and technical stakeholders to translate business challenges into applied AI systems that deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Work with customers to identify high-impact AI use cases
Design and implement AI-powered internal tools such as screening automation, resume parsing, semantic search systems, and internal copilots
Build and deploy RAG-based systems using internal documents and structured data
Integrate LLM APIs into customer systems including ATS, CRM, and internal dashboards
Develop lightweight AI agents aligned to business workflows
Define evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, reliability, and ROI
Optimize prompts, retrieval pipelines, and system performance
Support pilot deployments and production rollouts
Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to client teams
Required Skills
Strong experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure OpenAI
Experience building RAG systems including embeddings and vector databases
Proficiency in Python
Experience integrating APIs and building backend services
Understanding of prompt engineering and evaluation methodologies
Ability to work independently in customer-facing environments
Strong communication skills to translate business problems into technical solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in staffing, recruiting, HRTech, or workforce operations
Familiarity with ATS, CRM, Slack, or internal enterprise systems
Experience deploying AI solutions in production environments
Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and secure AI architecture
