🚀 We're Hiring: Junior AI Engineer (Not Freshers) | GroAR | Hyderabad (In-Office)
At GroAR, we're building the AI layer that makes B2B sales pipelines unstoppable — multi-agent systems that close deals.
We're a scrappy, fast-moving startup and we need someone who thinks differently.
Who We're Looking For
Not a textbook engineer. We want someone who:
— Gets genuinely excited about what LLMs can actually do (and what they can't yet)
— Breaks problems before solving them
— Has built something with AI — even if it's weird, half-finished, or just for fun
— Doesn't wait to be told what to try next
What You'll Work On
— Building and iterating on AI agents that drive real sales outcomes
— Designing multi-step LLM workflows using LangChain
— Integrating with CRMs, communication tools, and data sources
— Making agents smarter — better context, better decisions, better timing
— Moving fast, breaking things, fixing them faster
What You Bring
— 1–2 years of hands-on Python experience (projects count, not just jobs)
— Working knowledge of LangChain or similar agent frameworks
— Comfort with APIs, LLMs, and prompt engineering
— A genuine curiosity about AI — you follow the space, you experiment, you have opinions
— Based in Hyderabad and ready to work from our office
Bonus Points If You
— Have built an agent or chatbot (personal project = absolutely fine)
— Know your way around vector databases or RAG pipelines
— Have strong views on why most AI demos don't actually work in production
What It's Like Here
Small tech team, but a ton of sales folks. High ownership. Real problems. You won't be maintaining someone else's codebase — you'll be building things that didn't exist last week.
