Role Description
We're looking for engineers who've built agentic systems and realised the gaps that breaks them in production. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who want to build the infrastructure layer that fixes this.
You'll work on:
- How agents should store, retrieve, and forget memories
- When to search vs. traverse vs. ask for clarification
- How to structure context so agents reason, not guess
- Verification Systems for AI agents
We're early-stage, moving fast, and genuinely excited to find people who care about this problem as much as we do. Competitive salary + meaningful equity — calibrated to the experience and energy you bring.
Remote-friendly. Bengaluru preferred but not required.
What we're looking for:
- You've built agents, copilots, or LLM-powered products and have solved for LLM limitations
- You think from first principles, not frameworks
- You can design an algorithm on a whiteboard
- You can bring creative solutions for difficult problems by leveraging LLMs
- You ship side projects, open source, or production systems
Bonus:
- CS degree or formal ML background
- Published work or contributions in knowledge graphs, retrieval, or memory systems
