About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in developing and deploying scalable AI and machine learning solutions, with a strong focus on Generative AI technologies. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing advanced AI models, including large language models (LLMs), retrieval techniques, and prompt engineering. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative AI solutions tailored to client needs, manage data workflows on platforms like Databricks, and deploy models efficiently using containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. A deep understanding of data modeling, database architecture, and cloud platforms is essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Experience of 4.5-7 years in development and deployment of scalable AI/ML solutions
- Strong knowledge of Data Modeling and Databases in general (SQL and NoSQL)
- Proficiency in the software development lifecycle, including unit testing and functional programming
- Hands-on experience in developing and implementing advanced Generative AI solutions (LLMs, embeddings, retrieval techniques, prompt engineering)
- Experience designing and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
- Proficiency in managing Databricks workflows, including job and cluster creation, and working with Databricks API
- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms, including multiprocessing and optimization techniques
- Proficiency in Python libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, and FastAPI for data processing and API development
- Experience in SQL optimization and database architecture design, including schema creation, normalization, functions, and triggers
- Ability to deploy and orchestrate AI models using Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience collaborating with version control systems like GitHub for team collaboration
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, and AWS for AI solution deployment and management
- Optional experience with PySpark for data processing
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
Responsibilities
The AI/ML Solutions Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI solutions tailored to client requirements. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing advanced Generative AI models, including LLMs, embeddings, and retrieval techniques, to enhance client solutions
- Designing and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for efficient information retrieval and generation
- Managing data workflows on Databricks, including job creation, cluster management, and API integration
- Implementing data models and database schemas optimized for high-performance AI applications in SQL and NoSQL environments
- Applying data structures and algorithms to enhance processing efficiency, including multiprocessing and optimization strategies
- Developing APIs and data processing pipelines using Python libraries such as FastAPI, Pandas, and Numpy
- Containerizing AI models with Docker and orchestrating deployment using Kubernetes for scalable solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows
- Utilizing cloud platforms like Azure, GCP, and AWS for deploying, monitoring, and maintaining AI models
- Implementing version control and collaborative workflows using GitHub
- Participating in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure quality and maintainability
- Staying updated with the latest developments in AI/ML technologies and incorporating best practices into solutions
