About The Role
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and deploying chatbot and conversational AI platforms. This role involves designing, building, and optimizing conversational systems that enhance user engagement and operational efficiency. The AI Engineer will collaborate closely with product teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions. The position requires a blend of technical expertise, innovative thinking, and excellent communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical development and business needs. This is a remote opportunity, with a preference for candidates located in Pune or willing to work remotely with flexible hours.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or conversational AI systems. Proven expertise in building and deploying chatbot platforms or conversational AI solutions is essential. Candidates should have hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), or generative AI technologies. Proficiency with frameworks such as LangChain, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, or Chroma is required. Strong programming skills in Python are mandatory, along with a solid understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, and conversational workflows. Excellent communication skills are crucial, as the role involves frequent collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is also vital.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable chatbot and conversational AI solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement and optimize NLP models, LLMs, and generative AI algorithms to enhance chatbot capabilities.
- Integrate AI solutions with various communication channels such as web, WhatsApp, voice, and other multi-channel platforms.
- Develop and maintain backend APIs using frameworks like FastAPI or similar technologies.
- Manage deployment on cloud platforms or Linux servers, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Conduct prompt engineering, optimize embeddings, and refine conversational workflows for improved user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and conversational technologies and incorporate best practices into projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members when necessary.
