About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI and ML models that drive the next generation of products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming, AI/ML frameworks, and experience with NLP, NLU, LLM, and Generative AI technologies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the development of innovative AI products that impact a global customer base, while also leading and mentoring a talented team of engineers.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence. Proven expertise in building and deploying AI-based solutions utilizing NLP, NLU, LLM, and Generative AI is essential. Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and object-oriented programming principles is required, along with experience in containerization tools such as Docker and continuous integration systems like Jenkins. Familiarity with AWS AI services will be considered an advantage. The candidate should demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, creative thinking, and strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Leadership experience in managing AI/ML teams and familiarity with Agile methodologies are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models to address complex business challenges using AI, NLP, NLU, LLM, and Generative AI technologies.
- Develop algorithms for data processing, feature extraction, and model training to ensure high-quality AI solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to gather requirements and create scalable AI products.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and tools to enhance product performance and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of AI and Machine Learning engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure timely delivery of AI products that meet quality standards, scalability, and reliability benchmarks.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and project progress effectively to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
