ROLE OVERVIEW
Falcon AI is a remote-first IT consulting firm specializing in cutting-edge AI automation. We are seeking a specialized AI Engineer to design and deploy production-grade LLM applications. You will move beyond simple prompt engineering to build complex, stateful multi-agent systems. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in LangGraph for orchestration, LangChain for integration, and FastAPI for high-performance deployment.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Agentic Orchestration: Design and implement complex, circular agent workflows using LangGraph to handle self-correction and multi-step reasoning.
* RAG Architecture: Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines, including advanced techniques like Hybrid Search, Re-ranking, and Semantic Chunking.
* API Development: Build, document, and maintain high-performance, asynchronous REST APIs using FastAPI and Pydantic for strict data validation.
* Database Management: Integrate with Vector Databases (ChromaDB, Pinecone, or PGVector) and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
* Remote Collaboration: Participate in asynchronous workflows, clear documentation, and virtual stand-ups to ensure project milestones are met across time zones.
**TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS**
* Frameworks: Mastery of LangChain and LangGraph is mandatory.
* Backend: Strong proficiency in Python 3.10+ and FastAPI.
* Data Validation: Expert-level knowledge of Pydantic (v2) for strict schema enforcement.
* LLMs: Experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, and Open Source models (Llama 3, Mistral) via Groq or Ollama.
* Infrastructure: Familiarity with Docker and deploying AI services to cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
