About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI-powered solutions using Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, and modern AI frameworks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing scalable AI applications, integrating LLMs into products, and building production-ready AI systems.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative AI solutions that automate workflows, enhance user experiences, and solve complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications using Python.
- Build and deploy Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, etc.).
- Develop AI Agents and autonomous workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.
- Fine-tune, optimize, and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models for production environments.
- Build scalable REST APIs and backend services using Django or FastAPI.
- Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and performance optimization.
- Implement MLOps best practices, including model versioning, deployment, monitoring, retraining, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Work with cloud platforms such a2s AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI model deployment.
- Integrate AI solutions into existing products and enterprise applications.
- Optimize AI inference performance, latency, and cost.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, Machine Learning, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills
- 4–7 years of experience in Python development.
- Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, or similar LLMs.
- Experience building AI Agents using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex.
- Strong understanding of RAG architecture, embeddings, prompt engineering, semantic search, and vector databases.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Milvus, or FAISS.
- Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with backend frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and API integrations.
- Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong SQL skills with experience in relational and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Spark, Databricks, or distributed computing frameworks is a plus.
- Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong analytical thinking, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building enterprise AI assistants or AI copilots.
- Knowledge of multimodal AI (text, image, audio, and video models).
- Experience with fine-tuning LLMs using LoRA, PEFT, or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Familiarity with prompt optimization, AI evaluation frameworks, and AI safety practices.
- Experience with GraphRAG or Knowledge Graphs is an added advantage.
- Contributions to open-source AI projects or participation in AI hackathons are a plus.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
