Job Description
We are looking for an AI Engineer ll Bangalore ll 3-6years of experience with strong expertise in Vue.js and Nuxt.js to drive the development of scalable, high-performance web applications.
About Us
We are hiring a passionate AI Engineer to build next-generation AI companions powered by advanced LLMs and multimodal systems. This role goes beyond API-based integrations—you will work on fine-tuning, optimizing, and deploying large-scale AI models in production environments. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with LLM pipelines, transformers, and real-world AI deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Fine-tune large language models using techniques like SFT, RLHF, and DPO
- Work with open-source models such as LLaMA, Mistral, and Gemma
- Implement parameter-efficient fine-tuning techniques (LoRA / QLoRA)
- Optimize model performance through quantization and efficient inference strategies
- Build and integrate multimodal AI systems (text, voice, image)
- Work on TTS (Text-to-Speech) and diffusion-based models
- Design and manage data pipelines for training and evaluation
- Conduct model evaluation, benchmarking, and continuous improvement
- Take end-to-end ownership from model development to production deployment
Must-Have Skills
- 3–6 years of experience (minimum 2+ years in core AI/ML)
- Strong understanding of Transformers and LLM architectures
- Hands-on experience in model fine-tuning and optimization
- Proficiency in PyTorch
- Experience with Hugging Face ecosystem and LLM pipelines
- Strong SQL skills for data handling and analysis
- Proven experience in building and deploying production-grade AI models
Good to Have
- Experience with Voice AI systems (TTS/STT)
- Knowledge of diffusion models
- Exposure to distributed training and large-scale model training
- Experience with multimodal AI systems
