The role
You'll own the full lifecycle of AI systems from model selection and pipeline design to on-premise deployment and ongoing optimization. You'll work on real-world, client-facing products across NLP, speech, and real-time inference, with high autonomy and direct impact from day one.
What you'll do
Design and build ML models and AI pipelines tailored to industry-specific use cases. Optimize systems for low-latency, high-throughput inference in on-premise and edge environments. Work on NLP, speech, and conversational AI including voice agents and real-time communication systems. Integrate AI solutions with existing infrastructure, APIs, and microservices. Uphold data security and privacy standards across regulated deployments. Keep pace with fast-moving advances in LLMs, RAG, and the broader AI tooling ecosystem.
What we're looking for
1+ years in AI/ML engineering or a closely related role. Solid foundations in machine learning, deep learning, and neural networks. Hands-on experience with NLP and/or speech AI systems. Proficiency in Python and at least one of PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn. Experience designing and deploying end-to-end AI systems. Working understanding of real-time and low-latency architectures. Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and system integration.
Nice to have: experience with voice agents, telephony, or LiveKit; vector databases like Pinecone or FAISS; LLMs and RAG-based systems; on-premise or edge AI deployments; exposure to regulated industries.
