I’m currently hiring for Beem — an AI-driven FinTech startup headquartered in San Francisco, building a Smart Wallet to make financial services more affordable and accessible
Job Title: AI Engineer
💡 What You’ll Do
• Design, develop, and deploy advanced ML & deep learning models
• Build LLM-powered applications using tools like OpenAI, Hugging Face, and Google Gemini
• Work with LangChain, RAG, and multi-agent systems to create intelligent, context-aware applications
• Optimise models for performance, scalability, and real-time use cases (including hardware acceleration like Groq)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams
• Contribute across the full AI lifecycle — from data prep to deployment and monitoring
• Explore and implement cutting-edge AI technologies to drive innovation.
🔍 What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI, and deep learning models
• Experience with tools/frameworks like LangChain, OpenAI, Hugging Face, Gemini, Llama, Claude, Cohere
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and modern AI ecosystems
• Strong understanding of building and deploying production-grade AI systems
• Ability to solve complex problems and translate them into scalable AI solutions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote, collaborative setup
