Role Description : The AI Engineer role at Armstrong Capital & Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. is an on-site position based in Bengaluru. Candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications and systems using Python, Generative AI, Agentic AI frameworks, and related technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and build AI-powered solutions that deliver real-world impact. This role combines hands-on engineering with solution-oriented thinking, focusing on building scalable workflows, cloud-native deployments, and practical GenAI integrations.
Skills Required :
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with backend and full-stack frameworks such as FastAPI and Next.js.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or other AI agent frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, preferably Azure AI services and cloud-based AI deployments.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and data processing concepts.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate effectively in a team, and communicate technical ideas clearly.
Responsibilities :
- Build AI-powered tools and assistants using modern LLM frameworks
- Develop data-driven dashboards and applications using Python
- Integrate LLMs with structured databases (SQL/PostgreSQL) for intelligent querying
- Work on RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases
- Build automation pipelines for financial data processing and analytics
Eligibility
- Recent graduates (2025 pass-outs) are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience is preferred (internships and project experience in Generative AI or related domains)
