About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated AI Engineer / Generative AI Developer to join our dynamic engineering team at EJOBINDIA. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying production-grade AI solutions that seamlessly integrate into our enterprise software products. Your expertise will contribute to building next-generation AI-powered features that enhance our platform’s capabilities and deliver exceptional value to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large language models (LLMs), machine learning, backend development, and modern AI infrastructure. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on scalable AI applications from concept to deployment, impacting educational institutions worldwide through innovative technology solutions.
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI development.
- Proven experience in building real-world AI applications with a strong portfolio, GitHub repositories, or case studies.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and related technologies such as OpenAI API, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Solid knowledge of machine learning and NLP techniques, including NLP processing, predictive modeling, and recommendation systems.
- Proficiency in backend engineering with Python and frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, database design, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for building impactful AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable AI and machine learning models tailored for educational management solutions.
- Integrate large language models and generative AI technologies into existing and new enterprise software products.
- Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies, retrieval-augmented generation systems, and semantic search functionalities.
- Build and maintain vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or Chroma to support AI features.
- Implement function calling, tool integration, and multi-agent systems to enhance AI capabilities within the platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, backend developers, and data scientists to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
- Ensure AI models are fine-tuned, optimized, and evaluated for performance, accuracy, and safety.
- Maintain documentation, conduct code reviews, and stay updated with the latest AI research and industry best practices.
- Support deployment, monitoring, and scaling of AI applications in cloud environments to ensure reliability and efficiency.
