About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI systems that fundamentally enhance how Joveo Ai's platform interprets jobs, candidates, and market trends. Your work will involve building sophisticated models, pipelines, and infrastructure that convert raw data into actionable insights and intelligent decisions at scale. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), NLP applications, and other advanced machine learning techniques, directly impacting the future of talent acquisition.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), or applied AI. Proficiency in Python is essential, along with experience using core ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn. Prior experience with building and deploying LLM integrations or fine-tuned models is highly desirable. Familiarity with model serving infrastructure like SageMaker, Vertex AI, or BentoML is important for deploying scalable solutions. A solid understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval systems is also required. Excellent communication skills are necessary to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy machine learning and AI models in a production environment, ensuring robustness and scalability.
- Develop and implement features powered by large language models, including classification, information extraction, and content generation.
- Create evaluation frameworks to continuously assess and improve model quality and performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with data engineers to ensure training data is clean, well-structured, and suitable for model development.
- Monitor deployed models for issues such as drift, performance degradation, and edge case failures, implementing necessary updates and improvements.
- Conduct research and experimentation with emerging AI techniques relevant to hiring, talent management, and recruitment automation.
