Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic AI Engineer to develop AI-based solutions, specifically working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Small Language Models (SLMs), and automation workflows. The ideal candidate will possess problem-solving expertise, exposure to AI tools, and the ability to understand complex problem statements and build robust AI solutions.
You will be responsible for building, testing, and deploying AI systems while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:- Problem Solving: Develop AI-based solutions for real-world problems, ensuring the highest level of performance and efficiency.
- AI/LLM Development: Work with various tools and platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini APIs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone).
- Automation Workflows: Design and build automation workflows using AI agents and RAG-based systems.
- Project Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to understand and address business requirements, ensuring AI solutions meet client needs.
- GitHub Contributions: Maintain active, public repositories and contribute to open-source AI projects.
- Performance Evaluation: Continuously assess and improve AI models and systems, ensuring scalability and performance optimization.
- Documentation: Provide clear and comprehensive documentation for projects and systems developed (e.g., READMEs, technical guides).
Core Requirements:- Problem-Solving Ability:Competitive programming experience (e.g., Codeforces, LeetCode, CodeChef), or
- Strong technical project complexity, showcasing real-world applications.
- AI/LLM Exposure:Hands-on experience with tools such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini APIs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines, and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone).
- GitHub Evaluation:Active GitHub profile with structured, original code and clear documentation.
- Proven ability to work on high-quality, technical projects that are publicly available for review.
Preferred Experience & Skills:- Preferred Projects:Experience building AI agents, assistants, or chatbots with memory.
- Knowledge of RAG-based systems, automation workflows, and real-world applications of AI.
- Bonus:Experience with multi-agent systems or tool-integrated agents.
- Certifications:Optional but valuable certifications such as NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute, Google AI/ML certifications, AWS ML/AI certifications, Microsoft Azure AI Engineer.
