We’re on a mission to make financial data more actionable.
We’re looking for an
AI Engineer who is excited to
build and scale an agentic framework for financial-market workflows. You’ll own core pieces of our agentic system: from orchestration and tools to evaluation and benchmarking.
What will you do? - Design & implement the agentic framework
- Build and evolve agentic workflows tailored to financial markets (research, trading, risk, etc.)
- Integrate internal & external data sources, tools, and APIs into the agentic system
- Own evaluation & benchmarking
- Design and maintain an evaluation framework for agentic workflows
- Define and track benchmarks for accuracy, reliability, latency, and user experience
- Run experiments and iterate quickly based on evaluation results and user feedback
- Work closely with business & domain teams
- Collaborate with researchers, traders, and product teams to understand real-world use cases
- Translate financial workflows into robust, production-grade agent behaviours
- Continuously refine agents based on actual user behaviour and edge cases
What will you bring? - Strong programming skills
- Solid Python skills (production-quality code, testing, packaging, etc.)
- Comfortable with SQL for querying and working with financial or analytical datasets
- AI / LLM mindset
- Curiosity and eagerness to explore new AI tools, libraries, and techniques early
- Ability to iterate fast: prototype, evaluate, refine
- Problem-solving orientation
- Enjoy working on open-ended problems with imperfect data and real-world constraints
- Comfortable working closely with non-engineering stakeholders
