Engineering Excellence
- Follow modern engineering practices, including source control, code review, branching strategies, automated testing, release management, infrastructure-as-code where applicable, and CI/CD practices.
- Design for scale, resilience, observability, maintainability, secure configuration, and controlled production operations.
- Implement structured logging, telemetry, alerting, evaluation metrics, and operational dashboards for AI agents, automations, and administrative workflows.
- Contribute to reusable frameworks, standards, accelerators, patterns, and documentation for the broader Microsoft AI engineering and administration capability.
- Stay current with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Purview, Azure AI, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, Entra ID, Defender, Sentinel, and Microsoft data governance capabilities.
