Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for an AI Engineer specializing in Image & Video Processing. The AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for image and video analysis tasks such as object detection, image classification, and basic video understanding. The role includes implementing and fine-tuning deep learning models, optimizing performance for real-world use cases, and building scalable pipelines for processing visual data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to research and experimentation, and support the deployment of AI solutions into production environments.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development
- Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition
- Experience in computer vision tasks for image and/or video analysis using deep learning frameworks
- Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Familiarity with libraries such as OpenCV, NumPy, or similar tools for image processing
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to implement and optimize machine learning model
- Basic familiarity with NLP or multimodal AI concepts is a plus
- Understanding of model deployment or production environments is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (Ph.D. is a plus, not mandatory)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment
