Role Description The AI Enablement Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Montessori Elite E.M. School in Ananthapuramu. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities to integrate AI tools into teaching, learning, and school operations, and for guiding staff on effective, ethical, and safe use of AI in the classroom and administrative workflows. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating and selecting AI platforms, designing guidelines and best practices, supporting educators in lesson planning with AI, and monitoring AI-driven initiatives for impact and compliance with school policies. The AI Enablement Manager will collaborate with academic leaders and IT staff, run training sessions and workshops, document processes and standards, and provide ongoing support to ensure AI tools enhance rather than replace human-led education.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in AI tools and platforms, basic data literacy, and an understanding of educational technologies.
- Candidates should possess skills in stakeholder communication, training and facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and administrative staff.
- Candidates should possess skills in process design, documentation of guidelines, and implementation of best practices for responsible AI use.
- Candidates should possess skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, and change management within an academic setting.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in education, technology, computer science, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience working in schools or educational institutions, especially in roles involving technology adoption or curriculum support, is advantageous.
- An understanding of CBSE curriculum and entrance exam preparation contexts (e.g., IIT, NEET) is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Ananthapuramu and support a diverse community of educators and students is required.
