Role Description The AI Enablement Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for driving the adoption and effective use of AI solutions across client organizations and internal projects. In this position, you will assess business processes, identify opportunities for AI integration, and translate requirements into clear product and implementation plans in collaboration with engineering and product teams. You will oversee AI solution rollout, coordinate stakeholder training, and create documentation and best practices to support ongoing usage and improvement. Daily activities include managing project timelines, prioritizing feature requests, monitoring performance metrics, and communicating progress and risks to leadership and clients. You will also stay current on AI trends and tools, recommending enhancements that align with Fude Developments’ technology roadmap and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in AI solution strategy and implementation, including requirements gathering, use-case design, and roadmap planning.
- Candidates should possess skills in project and product management, such as stakeholder coordination, timeline management, and agile workflows.
- Candidates should possess skills in data and analytics, including interpreting performance metrics, creating reports, and using insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Candidates should possess skills in technical communication and enablement, including documentation, training, and presenting complex concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Candidates should possess skills in collaboration and relationship management, including cross-functional teamwork and client-facing communication.
- Relevant experience with AI platforms, cloud services, or software development environments is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple initiatives, and adapt to evolving priorities is required.
