Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for an AI-Enabled Engineering Specialist. The AI-Enabled Engineering Specialist will be responsible for developing and deploying AI/ML solutions, designing and maintaining engineering workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into various applications. The role will also involve working on innovative projects powered by emerging technologies, conducting research and prototyping, and ensuring solutions meet quality and performance benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Expertise in AI/ML technologies, including machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and natural language processing
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with AI/ML libraries and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithm design
- Experience with data preprocessing, data annotation, and working with large datasets
- Ability to work on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying and scaling AI applications
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
- Previous experience in a related role or industry is advantageous
