The Babaclick Graduate Internship Programme '26 is designed for technically curious, high-agency individuals who are naturally drawn towards AI systems, automation, operational tooling, modern development workflows, and AI-enabled execution environments.
About the RoleThis is a hands-on, build-oriented role operating within fast-moving operational environments where speed, execution quality, adaptability, and problem-solving matter.
Interns will contribute across AI-assisted workflows, prompt engineering, operational tooling, workflow automation, systems optimisation, lightweight integrations, structured analysis, and modern AI-enabled execution environments used across the business.
You will work alongside technical and operational teams supporting internal systems, automation layers, workflow infrastructure, and AI-assisted operational tooling across international commerce environments.
This is not a role centred around basic ChatGPT usage.
We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate that their interaction with AI systems goes beyond casual prompting — individuals who understand how to communicate with AI tools clearly, precisely, and structurally in order to improve workflows, execution quality, automation, and operational output.
Prompting plays a critical role within this environment.
The ability to reason clearly, iterate intelligently, structure instructions effectively, and utilise AI systems confidently is becoming an increasingly important operational skillset across modern businesses.
Who We’re Looking ForWe are looking for highly curious, technically inclined, and execution-oriented individuals who are comfortable learning independently and operating within high-accountability environments.
Strong candidates will typically demonstrate:
- Strong written and verbal fluency in English
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capability
- Genuine interest in AI systems, operational tooling, automation, and modern software workflows
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and figuring things out independently
- Strong prompting and AI-assisted reasoning capability
- Ownership, adaptability, curiosity, and high execution standards
- The ability to move quickly and operate effectively within fast-paced environments
Candidates should already be reasonably conversant with modern AI tools and AI-assisted workflows.
This includes understanding how to interact effectively with LLMs, structure prompts clearly, iterate intelligently on outputs, and utilise AI systems as part of execution workflows rather than simply casual usage.
Exposure to the following is beneficial:
- ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI tooling
- Python or scripting fundamentals
- APIs, automation tooling, and systems integrations
- Front-end or full-stack development exposure
- Git/GitHub workflows
- Structured analysis and workflow optimisation
- AI side projects, experimentation, or self-initiated technical learning
Backgrounds in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, or similarly technical disciplines are advantageous.
We are far more interested in curiosity, reasoning ability, adaptability, execution capability, and genuine interest in AI-enabled operational environments than polished resumes alone.
