Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled AI Expert to identify, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency across various departments including Sales, Customer Service, HR, Operations, Finance, and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for AI automation and optimization.
• Implement AI tools, workflows, chatbots, and automation systems to improve productivity and reduce manual effort.
• Work closely with department heads to understand operational challenges and recommend practical AI solutions.
• Integrate AI platforms with existing software and business systems.
• Monitor the performance of AI implementations and continuously improve efficiency outcomes.
• Train teams on the effective use of AI tools and technologies.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, automation, and business productivity solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong understanding of AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow optimization.
• Experience with Generative AI, chatbots, CRM automation, and process automation tools.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Prior experience in business process improvement or digital transformation is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working across multiple business functions.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and no-code/low-code automation platforms.
