About the Role
We're looking for a creative and technically sharp AI Editor to join our content team. You'll be at the intersection of storytelling and cutting-edge AI tools — crafting compelling video content using the latest generative AI platforms, with a strong focus on SeedDance, AI prompt engineering, and automated video workflows.
Candidates with prior experience working in a marketing agency environment will be highly preferred, especially those who understand fast-paced content production, brand communication, and social-first storytelling.
What You'll Do
* Produce and edit short-form and long-form video content using AI video generation tools, primarily SeedDance and similar platforms (Veo 3, Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Pika, etc.)
* Write, iterate, and optimize text-to-video and image-to-video prompts to achieve consistent, high-quality visual outputs
* Collaborate with the creative team to translate scripts and storyboards into AI-generated video sequences
* Apply motion, transitions, lip-sync, and character consistency techniques within AI pipelines
* Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI video tools and share learnings with the team
* Build and maintain a prompt library for reusable, brand-consistent outputs
* Light post-production work in tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve to polish AI-generated footage
* Work on brand campaigns, social media creatives, and performance-driven content in a fast-moving agency-style environment
What We're Looking For
* Hands-on experience with SeedDance (ByteDance's AI video generation model) — this is a must
* Strong understanding of prompt engineering for video: camera movement, scene composition, style descriptors, negative prompts, seed control
* Familiarity with other AI video tools: Runway Gen-3, Kling, Luma Dream Machine, Sora, or similar
* A portfolio or samples of AI-generated video work
* Prior experience working with a marketing agency, creative agency, or social media content team is highly preferred
* Strong understanding of content trends, ad creatives, and short-form storytelling for brands
* Bonus: experience with ComfyUI, ControlNet, or multi-model pipelines
* Bonus: experience with Midjourney / DALL·E / Flux for reference image generation fed into video models
* Strong visual aesthetic and attention to detail
* Ability to work asynchronously and meet deadlines independently
Nice to Have
* Background in traditional video editing before transitioning to AI workflows
* Understanding of brand consistency and visual storytelling
* Experience creating content for social media (Reels, YouTube Shorts)
