Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. You’ll be responsible for building scalable, high-performance web applications and contributing across the entire development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define project requirements.
- Design, develop, and deploy responsive, user-friendly web applications.
- Build and maintain scalable applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
- Develop high-performance, SEO-friendly applications using Next.js (SSR, SSG, API routes).
- Create and maintain robust server-side logic and database architecture.
- Implement modern front-end interfaces using React and related frameworks.
- Develop and integrate RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, debugging, and code optimization.
- Perform code reviews, identify issues, and ensure clean, maintainable code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, especially in AI-assisted development and modern JS ecosystems.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning and estimations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript ecosystem, especially React.js and Next.js.
- Hands-on experience with the MERN stack.
- Solid understanding of backend development using Node.js and Express.js.
- Experience working with MongoDB (and/or SQL databases) and writing optimized queries.
- Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with API development and integration (REST/GraphQL).
- Practical exposure to AI-assisted coding tools and openness to integrating AI into development workflows.
- Proficiency with version control tools like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and performance optimization mindset.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development is a plus.
- Portfolio/GitHub showcasing real-world projects is highly preferred.
